Public Comments are being accepts on the following Draft Air Operating Permits (AOPs). All responses received during the specified comment period will be addressed prior to any issuance of a final AOP.
Any person, government agency, group, or the applicant may request a public hearing by submitting a request in writing before the end of the comment period specified below. The request shall indicate the interest of the entity filing it and why a hearing is warranted. The agency may hold a public hearing it it determines significant public interest exists.

The Lacey, WA PM2.5 monitor at Mountain View Elementary School has been temporarily suspended due to summer construction projects. We anticipate that the monitor will be active no later than the end of August 2010.
