Preliminary Determinations Open for Public Comment

The following Preliminary Determinations for approval of construction or modification of an air pollution source are available for public comment as listed below. Any person, government agency, group, or the applicant may request a public hearing by submitting a request in writing before the end of the comment period specified below. The request shall indicate the interest of the entity filing it and why a hearing is warranted. The agency may hold a public hearing it it determines significant public interest exists.
